The main industries in the R.M.
of Victoria Beach are tourism and fishing. Summer residents who
come to enjoy Lake Winnipeg’s far-stretching sandy beaches are a
large portion of the Victoria Beach population.
Tourism and Recreation
The R.M. provides a setting for
year round activities and services including swimming, boating and
volleyball along the many kilometers of sandy beaches, and
snowmobiling on impeccably groomed trails. The R.M. hosts a curling
rink, outdoor skating rink, cross-country ski trails, two
playgrounds, two baseball diamonds, five tennis courts and beach
volleyball courts. Other amenities include a nine-hole golf course
and miniature golf course.
